Whereas, applicant/accused namely, Abdul Raheem son of Kareem Bux by caste Lakhan r/o village Abdullah Lakhan Taluka and District Ghotki, who is already confined in your jail custody in the above crime and this Court has granted bail of above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand) only with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court. One deponent namely Imdad Hussain son of Muhammad Ismail by caste Lakhan r/o Village Abdullah Lakhan Taluka and District Ghotki, has stood surety for accused named above in the sum of Rs:30,000/-only (Rupee thirty thousand) only & P.R bond in the like amount, which has been accepted by this Court.
You are, hereby directed to release the above named accused from your jail custody, forthwith, if he is no more required in some other custody case/crime, after taking his P.R bond in the like amount with directions to appear before trial court without fail.
