Subject:         RELEASE WRIT/ACQUITTAL INTIMATION.

                    Whereas, accused namely (1)Eidan s/o Dakhin, by caste Lolai, (in remand father’s name of accused Eidan is written Dakhan, (2)Shabeer Ahmed s/o Arab, by caste Lolai, (in Order dated:27.01.2026 father’s name of accused Shabeer Ahmed is written as Arbab Ali, whom you hold into your custody for offence punishable under above referred sections  has been granted bail by the court of Honourable Sessions Judge Ghotki, vide B.A No.Nil/2026 Re-Eidan Lolai and another Vs. The State. U/S: 457, 382 PPC, Crime No.10/2026 of P.S A-Section Ghotki, subject to furnishing one solvent surety in the sum of Rs:50,000/- each (Fifty thousand only) each and P.R bond in the like amount, to the satisfaction of trail/this court. The deponent namely Ubedullah s/o Hadi Bux by caste Abbasi, r/o village Haji Abbasi, Taluka Ghotki, has filed their his affidavit for standing surety of above named accused, which has been accepted.

                    You are hereby directed to release the above named accused from your jail custody forthwith after causing his P.R bond and send the same to this court for office record, if they are no more required in other case/crime.
