Whereas the accused named below was granted bail by this Court vide Order dated 28.01.2026, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 100,000/- (Rupees One Lac only) and a P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Learned counsel for the accused submitted an application for reduction of the surety amount, which was allowed, and the surety amount was reduced to Rs. 50,000/-. The accused has furnished the required surety, which is hereby accepted by this Court.
