WHEREAS, on this 29th January, 2026 the accused Azam Ali son of Rustam Ali by caste Kaleri in Crime No.38/2024, Offence U/S 9(C) control of Narcotic Act,1997 PS Khuhra is convicted u/s 265-H (ii) Cr.P.C before me (Liaqat Ali Khoso) for the offence punishable U/S 9(C) control of Narcotic Act,1997 and sentenced him to suffer RI for (14) Fourteen years and to pay fine of Rs.400,000/= (Four hundred thousand only and in default of payment of fine, accused shall suffer S.I for one month more.
This is to authorize and require to you the District Jail, Khairpur to receive the writ of conviction in your safe custody for compliance of said judgment and carry the aforesaid sentence into execution according to law.
