Whereas the accused named below was earlier granted bail in sum of Rs: 30,000/- by this Court and was released on furnishing surety. Subsequently, the said surety withdrew by the surety person, as in result the accused was sent back to the jail custody for want of surety. However, today one surety person has appeared and has furnished fresh surety in same criminal bail application, which has been accepted by this Court.
