Subject:         RELEASE WRIT.

The accused named below have been granted bail in the below mentioned case/crime vide order dated:31.01.2026. 
Whereas on receipt of bail application under section 497 Cr.P.C, filed by advocate on behalf of below named applicants/accused  (1). Aftab son of Muhammad Uris Mallah, (2) Shahzad son of Muhammad Uris Mallah, before this Court in below case and crime. And after hearing the advocate for applicants/accused & DPP for the State, this Court has ordered that applicants/accused be admitted to bail on furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(Thirty thousand) each with P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
And whereas the required surety on behalf of applicants /accused furnished. One Imtiaz Ali S/o Mumtaz Ali Mallah, R/o Muhalla Buth Dadu Near Mallah Chowk Dadu & District Dadu is present and stood surety for below named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- each with P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
You are therefore directed to release the applicants/ accused (1). Aftab son of Muhammad Uris Mallah, (2) Shahzad son of Muhammad Uris Mallah, from your jail custody at once if they are no more required in any other custody case and Crime, after causing P.R bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- each in the like amount and submit the same duly executed upon applicants/accused along with this writ. The applicants/accused be bound down and directed to appear before trial court to face his trial in the below mentioned case & Crime.
