Subject: CONVICTION WARRANT
WHEREAS, the accused person namely named below has been convicted vide judgment dated 03.02.2026, U/S 245(2) Cr.P.C for the offence punishable under section 409 PPC and he is sentenced with simple imprisonment for the period of three (03) years and with fine amounting to Rs. 45,000/-. In case of default of payment of fine accused person shall suffer simple imprisonment for 01 month. The accused person is entitled for the benefit of deduction of period from his sentence for which he remained in custody during the pendency of trial within the meaning of section 382-B Cr.P.C.
