Whereas the accused named below has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 03-02-2026, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (Rupees One Lac only) and a P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Later on, on dated:03-02-2026, advocate of applicant/accused submitted an application for the reduction of surety amount from Rs.100,000/ to Rs.50,000/-. application put up before Honourable P.O, Order passed on it. on the humanitarin grounds, the surety amount of applicat/accused Shahnawaz is hereby reduced to Rs.50,000/-. The said accused has furnished the required surety, which is hereby accepted by this Court.
