Subject: CONVICTION WARRANT.
WHEREAS, on this 4th February, 2026 the accused Imtiaz Hussain son of Haji Ghulam by caste Mahar in Crime No.151/2024, Offence U/S 9(3)(C) control of Narcotic Act,1997 PS Kotdiji is convicted u/s 265-H (ii) Cr.P.C before me (Liaqat Ali Khoso) for the offence punishable U/S 9(1)(3)(C) control of Narcotic Act,1997 and sentenced him to suffer RI for (14) Fourteen years and to pay fine of Rs.200,000/= (two hundred thousand only and in default of payment of fine, accused shall suffer S.I for two month more.
This is to authorize and require to you the District Jail, Khairpur to receive the writ of conviction in your safe custody for compliance of said judgment and carry the aforesaid sentence into execution according to law.
