Whereas, accused namely Zahoor Ahmed s/o Lal Bux @ Lal, by caste Bhayo, (in remand name of accuse written as Zahoor Ahmed s/o Lal @ Lal Bux by caste Bhayo) whom you hold into your custody for offence punishable under above referred sections has been granted bail by this court, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs:30,000/- (Thirty thousand only) and P.R bond in the like amount, to the satisfaction of this court. The deponent namely Naeemullah s/o Nawab Ali by caste Bhayo, r/o Sattar Bux Bhayo taluka Ghotki, has filed their his affidavit for standing surety of above named accused, which has been accepted.
