                      Whereas on receipt of bail application filed by the advocate on behalf of above named applicant/accused before the Honourable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court Hyderabad in the above case and crime after hearing the advocate for applicant/accused & AGP for the State that the Honourable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court Hyderabad has ordered that the applicant/accused be admitted on bail on his furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.2,50,000/- with P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial court.

                     And whereas the required surety has been furnished on the behalf of applicant/accused One surety Manthar Ali son of Abdul Lateef Mastoi r/o Haji Chuttal Mastoi Taluka & District Dadu in the sum of Rs.2,50,000/-with P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.

                     You are therefore directed to release the applicant/accused Nadir son of Liaquat Ali Mastoi from your jail custody at once if he is no more required in any other custody case and Crime, after causing P.R bond in the sum of Rs.2,50,000/-  in the like amount and submit the same duly executed upon applicant/accused alongwith this writ. The applicant/accused be bound down and directed to appear before this court on 11.02.2026 at 8.30 a.m to face his trial in the above mentioned case & Crime without fail..
