Subject:         RELEASE WRIT

                      WHEREAS, the below named applicant/accused in the above noted case and crime is confined in jail and this Court send letter of remand vide this office letter No.724/2025 dated:24.12.2025, in which due to oversight error section 489-F PPC was mentioned instead of acutal section mentioned in the FIR viz 381-A, 454 PPC, you are hereby required to correct your relevant record and put its acutal sections 381-A, 454 PPC 

                        AND WHEREAS, a bail application under section 497 Cr.P.C. was filed by the advocate on behalf of below named applicant/accused before this Court for grant of bail after arrest to the below named applicant/accused in the above mentioned case and crime number.

                        AND WHEREAS, after hearing the advocate for applicant/accused and learned ADPP on behalf of the State, this Court has granted bail to the applicant/accused on furnishing a independent solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) with P.R. Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.

                        AND WHEREAS, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of the below named applicant/accused along with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.

                        You are, therefore, hereby directed to release the below named applicant/accused forthwith, if he is not required in any other case after obtaining P.R bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) and return this writ duly executed to this Court within 3 days after receipt whereof and direct him to appear before this Court on 07.02.2026 at 0830 AM
