Whereas this court has granted bail of accused namely Ghulam Hussain @ Sikander Ali son of Ali Akbar Zounr subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs:20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount in the above mentioned Case and crime.
And whereas Khadim Hussain son of Qurban Ali by Zounr appeared and stood surety on behalf of above named accused in the sum of Rs:20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount.
You are, therefore, required to release accused namely Ghulam Hussain @ Sikander Ali son of Ali Akbar Zounr from your jail, at once, if he is no more required in any other custody case, after causing P.R bond from him and send the same to this court for office record. The accused is directed to attend before this court on 14.02.2026 to face his trial in the above mentioned case and crime.
