SUBJECT:      RELEASE OF ACCUSED FAISAL S/O MUSHTAQUE ALI IN CRIME NO.230/2025 OF POLICE STATION HUSRI, HYDERABAD, U/SECTION 353,324,34-PPC.

                        Whereas, the above cited Cr. Bail Application was filed before this Court on behalf of accused Faisal S/o Mushtaque Ali and upon hearing
Mr. Habibullah Chang, advocate for the applicant and Mr. Syed Qutub Ali Shah,
DDPP for the state, has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.20,000/- and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.

                        And whereas the required surety has been furnished by the surety of accused person.

                        You are therefore, directed and required to release accused Faisal S/o Mushtaque Ali from you custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (twenty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount  for his appearance before trial Court on the dates of hearing at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of the case.
