WHEREAS, the above named applicant/accused was remanded to your Jail under the warrant of Court convicting/committing the applicant/accused under aforesaid section that applicant/accused namely above named be released from above Case/crime on 12-1-2026 furnishing surety in the sum of Rs:100,000/= one lac and P.R bond in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the learned trial court and whereas the said applicant/accused named above has/have furnished the required surety to the satisfaction of this court.
You are therefore hereby required to release the applicant/accused above named forthwith (unless they/he are/is no more required by you in any other case/crime) from your custody and after causing his P.R bond in the sum of Rs: 100,000/=one lac and thereafter appear before the trial court and from time to time and certify execution of this writ within three days after its receipt and send the P.R bond to this court.
