Whereas this court has granted bail of accused namely Ali Akbar alias Akoo son of Muhammad Siddique by caste Jamali subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs:50,000/- (rupees fifty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount in the above mentioned Case and crime.
And whereas Arab Ali son of Soomar appeared and stood surety on behalf of above named accused in the sum of Rs:50,000/- (rupees fifty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount.
You are, therefore, required to release accused namely Ali Akbar alias Akoo son of Muhammad Siddique by caste Jamali, from your jail, at once, if he is no more required in any other custody case, after causing P.R bond from him and send the same to this court for office record. The accused is directed to attend before this court on 12.02.2026 to face his trial in the above mentioned case and crime.
