The accused persons named below have moved application U/s 497 Cr.P.C for grant of bail before this court in the below mentioned case/crime and whereas after hearing of the counsel of the below named accused persons bail has been granted to the below named accused persons subject to furnishing their solvent surety in the sum of Rs: 50,000/- (Fifty Thousands) each and P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court.
And whereas the above named accused persons have furnished the required surety in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty Thousands) each with P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court.
