Whereas, applicant/accused Shahnawaz son of Sikandar Ali by caste Chandio has been granted bail by this Court in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty Thousand Only) and P.R bond in the like amount passed in Criminal Bail Application No.1200/2025, BA U/S 497 Cr.P.C, Re-Shahnawaz Chandio V/S The State for the offence punishable under section 9 (1) (3) (b) CNSA, arising out of Crime No. 106/2025 of Police Station Waggan.
And whereas, the required surety on behalf of below named applicant/accused has been furnished, which has been provisionally accepted by this Court.
