The release writ for individual accused along with parentage confined in prison should be carefully verified with the Case number, FIR number, Police Station, offence and date of issue. Whereas, below named applicants/accused was remanded to your Jail under a warrant of learned Civil Judge & JM-I,Khairpur, in aforementioned case/crime.
And whereas on the receipt of the application for bail and upon hearing of Wazir Ahmed Mashori Advocate for the said applicants/accused and APG/SPP for the State of this Court, has ordered that the above named applicants/accused be released on bail on his furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/-each (Rupees thrity thousands) and P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas the surety namely Shakeel Ahmed son of Abdul Shakoor has furnished required surety for accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/-each and produced two Special Saving Certificates, which has been accepted.
You are hereby, required to release forthwith the below named applicants/accused from your custody, if he is no required in any other custody case/crime and after causing P.R bond in the sum of Rs:50,000/-each to be executed for their appearance before trial court on. -02-2026 and send the same P.R bond to this court within three days.
