The release writ for individual accused along with parentage confined in prison should be carefully verified with the Case number, FIR number, Police Station, offence and date of issue. Subject: CONVICTION WARRANT.
WHEREAS, on this 11th February, 2026 the accused 1.Imam Bux S/O Khair Muhammad Memon, 2. Moula Bux S/O Khair Muhammad Memon, 3. Allah Wadhayo S/O Rang Ali Memon are convicted under section 265-H(ii) Cr.P.C for offence under section 302 (b) read with section 149 PPC and they are sentenced to death as Ta’zir. The accused shall be hanged by the neck till they are declared dead. Accused are further directed to pay compensation to the legal heirs of deceased to the sum of Rs.10,00,000/- each accused (Rupees Ten Lacs only each accused) under section 544-A Cr.P.C, and in case of default they shall suffer SI for 03 months more. Accused are also extended benefit of section 382-B Cr.P.C for the period remained imprisoned.
Whereas accused 4. Abdul Hakeem S/O Muhammad Soomar Memon 5. Khuda Bux S/O Muhammad Soomar Memon are also found guilty but taking lenient view regarding their role in commission of offence, they are convicted under section 265-H(ii) Cr.P.C for offence under section 302 (b) PPC and sentenced to undergo life imprisonment and Accused are further directed to pay compensation to the legal heirs of deceased to the sum of Rs.5,00,000/- each accused (Rupees Five Lacs only each accused) under section 544-A Cr.P.C. Accused are also extended benefit of section 382-B Cr.P.C for the period remained imprisoned. Accused Abdul Hakeem and Khuda Bux are sentenced lesser punishment for the reasons that their role is lesser in participation of commission of offence. The firing of both accused did not sustain to the deceased and have no role of direct firing upon deceased.
All above named confined accused are also convicted for offence under section 148 PPC and sentenced to undergo simple imprisonment for the period of two years and to pay fine of Rs.5000/each accused and in case of default of payment of fine amount they shall suffer one month SI.
This is to authorize and require to you the District Jail, Sukkur to receive the writ of conviction in your safe custody for compliance of said judgment and carry the aforesaid sentence into execution according to law.
