Whereas the below named Applicant / accused has moved Criminal Bail Appln: U/s 497 Cr. P.C before Honourable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court at Mirpurkhas in the below mentioned case crime and whereas after hearing of the counsel of the below named Applicants/ accused have been granted bail vide order dated 10-02-2026 in Crl. Bail Application No.S-28 OF 2026 ( Abdul Ghaffar & another Versus The State) to the above named Applicant/ accused subject to their furnishing one solvent surety in the sum of Rs:50,000/- each ( Fifty Thousand Rupees only each) and P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial court.
And whereas the below named applicants/ accused have furnished the required surety in the sum of Rs:50,000/- each ( Fifty Thousand Rupees only each) with P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this trial court.
