Whereas, below named applicants/accused was remanded to your Jail under a warrant of learned Civil Judge & JM, Pirjogoth, in aforementioned case/crime.
And whereas on the receipt of the application for bail and upon hearing of Dij Jan Jatoi Advocate for the said applicants/accused and APG/SPP for the State of this Court, has ordered that the above named applicants/accused be released on bail on his furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/-each (Rupees thrity thousands) and P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas the surety namely Saith Ali son of Ghulam Qasim has furnished required surety for accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/-each and produced (05) Special Saving Certificates, which has been accepted.
