Whereas, the Advocate for applicant/accused filed Criminal Bail Application bearing No. S-1398 of 2025, before the Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Hyderabad, whereby the bail was granted to accused vide Order dated: 13.02.2026, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 200,000/- only to the satisfaction of trial Court. The required surety has been furnished on behalf of accused and same has been accepted by of this Court.
