Whereas, above named for applicants/accused persons have been granted bail by Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Mirpurkhas subject to surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousands only) each. Applicants/accused were directed to furnish required surety before trial court and same has been furnished and as well accepted by this court.
You are, therefore, directed to release the above named applicants/accused persons in the above mentioned case/crime, forthwith, if they are not required in any other custody case/crime. The P.R bond of applicants/accused is enclosed herewith and same be returned to this court after obtaining the signature/ LTI of accused on it. Accused be directed to appear before this court on 04.03.2026 at 08:00 AM, without fail for facing their trial.
