WHEREAS, the advocate for above named accused person have filed bail application u/s: 497-Cr.P.C before this Court, after hearing bail Application has been granted to accused person above named, in the above mentioned case/crime, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs: 100,000/- (One lac) with P.R bond in the like amount. The required surety has been furnished which has been accepted by this court.
You are therefore, hereby directed to release the above named applicant/accused in the above mentioned case/crime, and forthwith if he is not required in any other case by any other Court. The P.R bond, of the accused is sent herewith, and returns the same after obtaining the signature/LTI on it. The accused be directed to appear before trial Court on next date of hearing viz: 26.02.2026 at 08:00AM without fail.
