Whereas, the applicant/accused named below has been granted bail by this Court, vide B.A order dated: 03.02.2026 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.110/2026, U/s 497 Cr.P.C, Re- Moula Bakhsh Buriro V/S The State for the offence punishable under section 9(i)(3)a Sindh CNSA, arising out of Crime No.163/2025 of PS Warah, in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand only) and P.R bond in the like amount.

And whereas, the required surety on behalf of below named applicant/accused has been furnished, which has been accepted by this Court.

You are hereby directed to release the below named applicant/accused forthwith if he is no more required in any other custody case, after taking his PR bond, the P.R bond taken from the accused be sent to this Court and applicant/accused bound down to appear before the concerned Court, positively.
