Whereas advocate for accused has filed application U/S. 497, Cr, P.C. on behalf of the above named accused. Notice was given to learned, ADPP for the state. After hearing the arguments from respective counsel, the court have granted bail to the accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/-with P.R bond in the like amount in the above mentioned crime/case, subject to furnishing surety, which has accepted by this Court.
You are, hereby, directed to release the above named accused (If he is not required in any other custody case by any court). The P.R bond of the accused is attached here with for obtaining signatures/LTI, with the direction that same may be returned to this court for record. The accused may also be directed to appear before this Court on 05.03.2026 at 08:30 AM without fail.
