Whereas, applicant/accused Irshad Ali son of Sajjan by caste Manganhar has been granted bail by this Court, vide B.A order dated:14.02.2026 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.145/2026, U/S 497 Cr.P.C, Re-Irshad Ali Manganhar V/S The State for the offence punishable under section 9-(i)(3)(b) CNSA, arising out of Crime No.01/2026 of Police Station Excise Circle Shahdadkot, in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty Thousand Only) and P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas, the required surety on behalf of below named applicant/accused has been furnished, which has been provisionally accepted by this Court.
You are hereby directed to release the below named applicant/accused forthwith if he is no more required in any other custody case, after taking his PR bond, the P.R bond taken from the accused be sent to this Court and applicant/accused be bound down to appear before this Court on 26.02.2026 at 08:30 am.
