Whereas, the applicants/accused named below have been granted bail by this Court, vide B.A order dated: 26.02.2026 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.157/2026, U/s 497 Cr.P.C, Re- Ali Raza Magsi & another V/S The State for the offence punishable under section 9(i)(3)b Sindh CNSA, arising out of Crime No.25/2026 of PS Kamber City, in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand only) each and P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas, the required surety on behalf of below named applicants/accused have been furnished, which have been provisionally accepted by this Court.
