Whereas, Honourable High Court Circuit Court Mirpurkhas has granted bail to the above named accused in above mentioned crime subject to furnishing the solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 100,000/- to accused, the required surety has been furnished which has been accepted by this court.
You are hereby directed to release the above named accused forthwith, if he is not required in any other case or crime by any Court of law. Attached P.R bond of the accused be sent to this court, after obtaining signature/LTI of the accused on it. The accused may be directed to attend to attend this court on 15-04-2024.
