Whereas, above named for applicant/accused has been granted bail by Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Hyderabad subject to surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousands only). Applicant/accused is directed to furnish required surety before trial court and same has been furnished and as well accepted by this court.
You are, therefore, directed to release the above named applicant/accused in the above mentioned case/crime, forthwith, if he is not required in any other custody case/crime. The P.R bond of applicant/accused is enclosed herewith and same be returned to this court after obtaining the signature/ LTI of accused on it.
