SUBJECT:      RELEASE OF ACCUSED (1)MUHAMMAD BILAL S/O MUHAMMAD RAFIQUE AND (2)HAMZA S/O AJMAL PATHAN IN CRIME NO.108/2025 OF POLICE STATION SITE, HYDERABAD, U/SECTION 324,353,34-PPC.

                        Whereas, the above cited Cr. Bail Application was filed before this Court on behalf of accused (1)Muhammad Bilal S/o Muhammad Rafique AND (2)Hamza S/o Ajmal Pathan and upon hearing Mr. Ali Akbar Junejo, advocate for the applicants and Mr. Abdul Qayoom Memon, DDPP for the state, have granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/-each and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.

                        And whereas the required surety has been furnished by the surety of accused persons.

                        You are therefore, directed and required to release accused (1)Muhammad Bilal S/o Muhammad Rafique AND (2)Hamza S/o Ajmal Pathan from you custody forthwith if they are not required in any other custody case, after causing their P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs.30,000/-each (thirty thousand each) and P.R bond in the like amount  for their appearance before trial Court on the dates of hearing at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of the case.
