whereas, on hearing the bail application under section 497 Cr.P.C, filed by learned counsel for applicant/accused and under section 497 Cr.P.C, and this court, passed an order that the accused named below be released on bail, on furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five thousand rupees) and P.R bond in the like amount, vide order dated 04.03.2026, passed in below mentioned case/crime.

And whereas, today 05.03.2026, the required surety has been furnished by the applicant/accused, which has been accepted by this court. You are therefore, directed to release the accused named below forthwith, if he is not required in any other case/crime and direct the accused to appear before this court before trial court at an earliest and obtain such P.R bond and be sent to this court for office record.
