Whereas, a bail application U/S 497 Cr.P.C has been filed by the Counsel on behalf of applicant/accused, named above before this Court and whereas this Court after hearing the arguments has granted bail to the above named applicant/accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of. Rs.100,000/- (Rupees One Lac) and P.R bond in the like amount. The required surety has been furnished on behalf of applicant/accused, which has been accepted by this Court.
You are hereby directed to release the named above applicant/accused in the above mentioned case/crime forth-with if he is not required in any other case/crime by any other Court of law. The P.R bond of the accused is enclosed herewith and same be returned to this Court for record, after obtaining the signature/LTI thereon. The applicants/accused be directed to appear before this Court on 01.04.2026 at 08:30 am to face his trial.
