SUBJECT:     RELEASE OF ACCUSED AHMED RAZA S/O ABDUL MAJEED, SHAIKH IN CR.BAIL APPLN.NO.488/2026, (AHMED RAZA SHAIKH VS THE STATE) IN CRIME NO.29/2025 OF P/STATION FORT, HYDERABAD, U/SECTIONS 324 & 353 / 34 PPC.

Whereas, the above cited Cr.Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused AHMED RAZA S/O ABDUL MAJEED, SHAIKH and upon hearing Mr.Muhammad Yaseen Shaikh, learned Advocate for an applicant/accused and Mr.Abdul Qayoum Memon, DDPP for the State, this Court has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(thirty thousand) and P.R bond(s) in the like amount.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one                  MUHAMMAD SHARJEEL S/O JAMEEL AHMED SHAH has stood surety for the accused.

                   You are therefore, directed and required to release accused           AHMED RAZA S/O ABDUL MAJEED, SHAIKH from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond(s) executed in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(thirty thousand) and P.R bond(s) in the like amount for his appearance before concerned/trial Court on the dates of hearing at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of case.
