SUBJECT:     RELEASE OF ACCUSED SUHIB KHAN S/O NABI BUX, GAHELO PAHNWAR IN CR.BAIL APPLN. NO.356/2026, (SUHIB KHAN GAHELO PAHNWAR VS THE STATE) IN CRIME NO.17/2026 OF P/STATION HATRI, HYDERABAD, U/ARTICLE 3/4 PEHO.

Whereas, the above cited Cr.Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused SUHIB KHAN S/O NABI BUX, GAHELO PAHNWAR and upon hearing Mr.Ghulam Abbas Gaho, Advocate for an applicant/accused and Mr.Abdul Qayoum Memon, DDPP for the State, this Court has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(thirty thousand) and P.R bond(s) in the like amount.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one SAJAD AHMED S/O ABDUL JABBAR, PAHNWAR has stood surety for the accused.

                   You are therefore, directed and required to release accused SUHIB KHAN S/O NABI BUX, GAHELO PAHNWAR from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond(s) executed in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(thirty thousand) and P.R bond(s) in the like amount for his appearance before concerned/trial Court on the dates of hearing at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of case.
