           Whereas below named accused was facing trial before this court in below mentioned case/crime.The case of below named accused has been kept in abeyance vide order dated 07.03.2026 till attendance of complainant/PW's, in Ordered that accused be released on furnishing solvent surety in the sum or Rs.100,000 (One Lac) and PR bond in the like amount the required surety as well furnished by the accused, which has been accpeted today.
         You are therefore, directed/authorised to release the below named accused forthwith, if he is not required in any other cutsody/crime, after obtaining PR bond for appearance of acccued as and when required submit the same before this court accordingly.
