Subject:-     RELEASE WRIT

                     Whereas, on receipt of bail application u/s 497 Cr.P.C, this Court after hearing the learned counsel for the parties have ordered to release the applicants/accused namely Abdul Latif S/o Muhab Ali and Piyaro S/o Ghulam Nabi by caste Leghari on bail subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (thirty thousand rupees) each and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court in the above case/crime.

                     And whereas, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicant/accused by one Bisharat Ali S/o Ahmed Khan Leghari R/o village Haji Khan Taluka Johi.

                     You are, therefore, directed to release the applicants/accused Abdul Latif S/o Muhab Ali and Piyaro S/o Ghulam Nabi by caste Leghari from your jail custody at once, in the above mentioned case/crime, if they are no more required to be detained in any other custody case or crime, after causing P.R bond from him in the sum of Rs.30,000/- each and submit such P.R bond before this Court. The applicants/accused be directed to attend trial Court.
