Whereas, this Court has granted bail to applicants/accused namely Eesa Muhammad @ Janan S/o Haji Muhammad Nabi and 2.Oliya S/o Muhammad by caste Pathan, upon furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each (Total Rupees one Lac Only) and P.R bond in the like amount. The applicants/accused have furnished the required surety before this Court, which has been accepted today.
