SUBJECT: RELEASE WRIT OF APPLICANTS/ACCUSED AMANAT ALI S/O SUBHAN ALI MAGSI AND FARMAN ALIAS FARHAN S/O GHULAM MUSTAFA MAGSI IN BA NO.249 OF 2026, AMANAT ALI & ANOTHER VERSUS THE STATE, IN CRIME NO.14/2026, U/S: 399, 401, 34 PPC OF PS: SARHARI.
Whereas, learned advocate for applicants/accused mentioned above, has filed bail application U/S 497 Cr.P.C for grant of bail of above named applicants/accused. After hearing the arguments the bail is granted to the applicants/accused, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- each with P.R bond in the like amount. The required surety has been furnished on behalf of applicants/accused before this court, which has been accepted.
You are, therefore, directed to release the above named applicants/accused in the above mentioned case/crime, forthwith, if they are not required in any other custody case/crime. The P.R bond of applicants/accused are enclosed herewith and same be returned to this court after obtaining the signature/ LTI of accused on it. Accused be directed to appear before trial Court without fail for facing their trial.
