Subject:         CONVICTION WARRANT.

                 WHEREAS, on this 27^th:  February, 2026 of the accused  1/ Rehmatullah s/o Abdullah Gour and 2/ Muhammad Ameen s/o Muhammad Ismail Gour are proved guilty for offence u/s 6,9-(C) CNS Act, 1997. Both accused are convicted under section 265-H (ii) Cr.P.C for offence u/s 6,9 (c) Control of Narcotic Substances Act, 1997 for recovery of (40 Kgs Gross weight) and sentenced to suffer life imprisonment and to pay fine Rs.400,000/- (Rupees Four Hundred Thousand Only) and in default thereof, both accused shall suffer S.I for 05 months more.  The reasons for not awarding death sentence are that there is no criminal record of accused to have been earlier convicted for same nature offence. There are ample chance for accused to mend their ways in future and become useful citizens of the state and serve society in a better way. Accused is in custody. Let conviction warrant be issued to jail authority with directions to serve out the sentence of accused in accordance with law and rules. Copy of this judgment is provided to accused through J/Superintendent free of cost under proper acknowledgment receipt. Accused is informed about appeal under section 48 of CNS Act, 1997 and limitation period for filing/preferring appeal, as per law, if so advised. The Jail Authorities are also directed to do the needful in accordance with chapter-V Rules 90 and 91 of the Pakistan Prison Rules, 1891 and the relevant provisions of The Pakistan Prison Act, 1900, to facilitate the convict in filing of appeal in due time period of limitation.

            This is to authorize and require to you the District Jail, Shikarpur & Sukkur to receive the accused/writ of conviction in your safe custody for compliance of said judgment and carry the aforesaid sentence into execution according to law.
