SUBJECT:     RELEASE OF ACCUSED ZAFAR HUSSAIN S/O MUHAMMAD CHUTTAL IN CR.BAIL APPLN.NO.619/2026, (ZAFAR HUSSAIN VS THE STATE) IN CRIME NO.60/2026 OF P/STATION HALI ROAD, HYDERABAD, U/SECTION 23-1(a) SINDH ARMS ACT, 2013.

Whereas, the above cited Cr.Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused ZAFAR HUSSAIN S/O MUHAMMAD CHUTTAL and upon hearing Mr.Vijay Kumar, learned Advocate for an applicant/accused and Mr.Abdul Qayoum Memon, DDPP for the State, this Court has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(thirty thousand) and P.R bond(s) in the like amount.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one MEER MUNSIF ALI S/O MAZHAR HUSSAIN has stood surety for the accused.

                   You are therefore, directed and required to release accused ZAFAR HUSSAIN S/O MUHAMMAD CHUTTAL from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond(s) executed in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(thirty thousand) and P.R bond(s) in the like amount for his appearance before concerned/trial Court on the dates of hearing at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of case.
