WHEREAS, the below named applicant/accused in the above noted case and crime is confined at jail.
AND WHEREAS, a bail was granted by the Hon'ble High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Hyderabad vide Order dated 11.3.2026 in Cr.Bail Application No.S-155 of 2026 to the applicant/accused persons subject to furnishing their solvent surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (Rupees One Hundred Thousands Only) each with P.R. Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
AND WHEREAS, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of the below named applicant/accused with P. R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court which has been accepted by this Court.
