Subject: CONVICTION WARRANT.
WHEREAS, on this 16 March, 2026 the accused 1/ Ali Taqi Shah s/o Syed Ali Dino Shah, 2/ Rabail Gul s/o Ameer Ahmed Khuhro are proved guilty for offence u/s 6,9-(1)(b) CNS Act, 1997. Both accused are convicted under section 265-H (ii) Cr.P.C for offence u/s 6,9 (1) (b) Control of Narcotic Substances Act, 1997 for recovery of hemp as discussed above and sentenced to suffer RI for 7 years and to pay fine Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) and in default thereof, both accused shall suffer S.I for 05 months more.
This is to authorize and require to you the District Jail, Khairpur to receive the accused/writ/ of conviction in your safe custody for compliance of said judgment and carry the aforesaid sentence into execution according to law.
