Whereas, on receipt of bail application u/s 497 Cr.P.C, this Court after hearing the learned counsel for the parties have ordered to release the applicants/accused namely Muhammad Sulleman and Muneer Ahmed both sons of Ali Nawaz by caste Jatoi on bail subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (fifty thousand rupees) each and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court in the above case/crime.
And whereas, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicants/accused by one Ali Nawaz S/o Muhammad Khan Jatoi R/o village Imam Bux Jatoi, Taluka Johi, District Dadu.
You are, therefore, directed to release the applicants/accused Muhammad Sulleman and Muneer Ahmed both sons of Ali Nawaz by caste Jatoi from your jail custody at once, in the above mentioned case/crime, if they are no more required to be detained in any other custody case or crime, after causing P.R bond from them in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each and submit such P.R bond before this Court. The applicants/accused be directed to attend trial Court.
