Whereas, on receipt of bail application u/s 497 Cr.P.C, this Court after hearing the learned counsel for the parties have ordered to release the applicant/accused namely Chanessar S/o Rawat Lund on bail subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.150,000/- (One lac fifty thousand rupees) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court in the above case/crime.
And whereas, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicant/accused by one Allah Bux Lund S/o Rawat Khan Lund R/o village Umed Ali, Taluka Johi, District Dadu.
You are, therefore, directed to release the applicants/accused Chanessar S/o Rawat Lund from your jail custody at once, in the above mentioned case/crime, if he is no more required to be detained in any other custody case or crime, after causing P.R bond from him in the sum of Rs.150,000/- and submit such P.R bond before this Court. The applicant/accused be directed to attend this Court on 24.03.2026 at 08:30 a.m.
