Whereas, on receipt of bail application u/s 497 Cr.P.C, this Court after hearing the learned counsel for the parties have ordered to release the applicant/accused namely Hubdar @ Hubdar Ali S/o Abu Bakar @ Bakhar Panhwar on bail subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.80,000/- (Eighty thousand rupees) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court in the above case/crime.
And whereas, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicants/accused by one Irfan Ali S/o Ali Nawaz Panhwar R/o village Saindad Panhwar Taluka & District Dadu.
You are, therefore, directed to release the applicants/accused Hubdar @ Hubdar Ali S/o Abu Bakar @ Bakhar Panhwar from your jail custody at once, in the above mentioned case/crime, if he is no more required to be detained in any other custody case or crime, after causing P.R bond from them in the sum of Rs.80,000/- and submit such P.R bond before this Court. The applicants/accused be directed to attend trial Court.
