Whereas, applicant/accused namely Karam Ali alias Wazeer S/o Allahdito by caste Panhwar has been granted post arrest bail by the Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Hyderabad vide order dated.04-03-2026 passed in Crl. B.A Nos.S-120/2026 Re-Karam Ali alias Wazeer vs The State in the above mentioned case/crime subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (One Lac rupees) and P.R bonds in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial Court/this Court.
And whereas, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicant/accused by one Allahdino S/o Peer Bux Panhwar R/o Village Mamani Panhwar, Taluka Johi District Dadu, which has been accepted today.
You are, therefore, directed to release the applicant/accused namely Karam Ali alias Wazeer S/o Allahdito by caste Panhwar from your jail custody at once, in the above mentioned case/crime, if he is no more required in any other custody case or crime, after causing P.R bonds from them in the sum of Rs.100,000/- and submit such P.R bond before this Court. The applicant/accused be directed to attend before this court on 31-03-2026 at 8.30 a.m.
