WHEREAS, the Counsle for the accused Muhammad Usman s/o Muhammad Ilyas moved bail application praying for release on bail.
AND WHEREAS upon hearing the bail application this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the applicant in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with surety and P.R in the like amount, and whereas the surety on behalf of the applicant has been furnished in this Court as required.
