Whereas on receipt of bail application under section 497 Cr.P.C, filed by advocate on behalf of below named applicant/accused Adil S/o Habibullah Bhand before this Court in below case and crime. And after hearing the advocate for applicant/ accused & ADPP for the State, this Court has ordered that applicant/accused be admitted to bail on furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(Thirty thousand) only with P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
And whereas the required surety on behalf of applicant/ accused furnished. One Naveed Ali S/O Habibullah Bhand R/o Village Meenhoon Khan Bhand Taluka & District Dadu is present and stood surety for below named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- only with P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
